Naming a caregiver does not automatically give them access to your Pass. Set this up through Trustees and account for the time-lock. Share urgent care instructions with your caregiver in advance too.

Yes. Add a separate entry for each animal. Alongside dogs and cats, the options include birds, rabbits, rodents, reptiles, horses and fish, plus Other.
+Is this useful for a temporary hospital stay too?
Yes. The form has separate instructions for hospitalization, incapacity and death. Agree on care beforehand and share immediately needed information outside the Pass too, since trustee access may involve a waiting period.
+Does my caregiver get access automatically?
No. Entering a caregiver's name is only an instruction. Arrange access separately through Trustees, including the required key handover and configured time-lock.
