Yes. All prices include VAT. The pricing page shows the VAT rate of your country. If your company has a valid VAT number in another EU country, VAT is reverse-charged.
Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period. After that you fall back to Free. All your Passes stay. Passes above the Free limit become read-only until you choose a plan again.
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately. If you choose a smaller plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current period.
Yes. You receive a PDF invoice for every payment. Your invoices are also in your account. Would you like to pay for a team by invoice? Get in touch and we will arrange it.
Yes. Your Passes stay stored in encrypted form, just as before. We cannot read their contents, even when you no longer have a subscription. Your trustees keep their access.
